The goal of the project is to develop a system for efficient and specific delivery of self-replicating viral RNA into the tumour. For this purpose we plan to apply hybrid magnetic nanoparticles coated with alphaviral RNA possessing oncolytic properties. The particles will be modified with tumour homing peptides and will carry the fluorescent dyes for efficient examination of particles biodistribution in tumour models.
